RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Depth Finder's Scuba — Effective June 2025
STANDARD GEAR & ACCESSORIES — 30 Days
Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached. Proof of purchase required. Exchanges or store credit issued; refunds to original payment method within 5–7 business days.
REGULATORS, BCDs & LIFE-SUPPORT EQUIPMENT — 14 Days
Must be completely unassembled, uninflated (BCDs), and in factory-sealed condition. Once connected to a tank or breathed through, the item cannot be returned. Contact us before purchase if you have fit or compatibility questions — we're happy to help you get it right the first time.
WETSUITS, DRYSUITS & APPAREL — Unworn Only
Wetsuits may be returned within 30 days if unworn and unwashed, with original tags. Items that have been worn in water — even briefly — cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. We strongly recommend trying your wetsuit on before your dive. Size exchanges are welcome.
DIVE COMPUTERS & ELECTRONICS — 30 Days
Must be in original packaging with all accessories included. Units that have been submerged or activated underwater are considered used and are not eligible for return. Manufacturer warranty claims are handled separately — we'll assist with the process.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS — Final Sale
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Compressed gas, gas fills & blends
- Regulators that have been breathed through
- Worn wetsuits, hoods, gloves & booties
- Dive courses, training materials & eLearning codes
- Special-order or custom items
- Clearance / final sale items (marked at purchase)
ONLINE ORDERS
Email Brandon@DepthFindersScuba.com within your return window with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend a trackable shipping method — we can't process returns for lost packages.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives defective or was damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll make it right — full replacement, store credit, or refund, your choice. Photos of the damage help us move quickly.
